Block printing is a fun and tactile way to get in touch with your creativity and make unique printed clothing, tote bags, greeting cards, and more. My workshops are designed to be complete-beginner friendly, with all materials supplied for each individual in your group to design, carve, and print their own 5x7" linocuts. Whatever event you have in mind, make it memorable with an artistic experience that comes straight to you!

Location: Private workshops are available within the San Diego area.
Perfect for: bachelorette parties, birthday parties, team bonding, other small events
Starting rates: Private workshops start at $350 for 2.5 hours and up to 5 attendees. Rates vary based on group sizes above five and time frames beyond 2.5 hours and will be confirmed in follow-up communication.
Is there a maximum group size?
Workshops are capped at 12 attendees so that everyone can receive proper guidance throughout the printmaking process.
Is this kid-friendly? To ensure everyone's safety, the age minimum for block printing workshops is 13 years old.
What if I want my group to print shirts or other merch? You are welcome to supply your own shirts or materials or ask your guests to bring items they want to print-- otherwise tees, totes, and zipper pouches can be added to your workshop package. Let me know in the form at the bottom of this page!
What's the structure of the workshop? Workshops start with an introduction to the supplies we'll be using and a group demo of the carving & printing process. Because everyone works at a different pace, most of the workshop will be hands-on work time with one-on-one guidance as necessary.
